Our Booking PolicyA fully refundable $50 deposit is required to reserve your appointment. Please provide 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or missed appointments. Over 15 minutes late may require rescheduling.

See a selection of LilPetite design samples in person before placing a made-to-order or custom order.

This appointment allows you to experience the size, proportions, and details of our designs firsthand. Most samples are unset display pieces and are not available for purchase. They are intended to help you visualize the finished piece before it is made.

Please email us before booking with links to the designs you'd like to see. This allows us to confirm whether samples are available. If a sample is not currently available, we may be able to prepare one for your appointment.

In Studio Custom Made Consultation - (Email Before Booking) - ($50 Fully Refundable Deposit)

For each custom piece, we can work together by email or through an in studio consultation to create your one of a kind piece. Our signature style is highly detailed and intricate, and custom pricing reflects the time and craftsmanship involved.

Please email us before booking a studio meeting. We’ll discuss your ideas and send you a short questionnaire to help us prepare for your consultation.

Custom minimums for 14k-18k-Platinum pieces.
• Custom wedding band: starting at $3,500 CAD
• Custom engagement rings: starting at $6,000 CAD
• Custom fine jewelry: starting at $3,000 CAD

Custom Project Review - (For ongoing custom projects with a paid deposit)

This appointment is reserved for customers with an active custom jewelry project and a paid design deposit.

If you’d like to meet in person to review your project’s progress before production, you can book an appointment here. Depending on the stage and nature of your project, we may review your design, rendering, gemstone(s), or other project details before your piece moves into production.

Design renderings and project updates are typically shared by email, so an in person meeting is optional for those who prefer to review everything together.
