Our Booking PolicyA fully refundable $25 deposit is required to reserve your appointment. Please provide 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or missed appointments. Over 15 minutes late may require rescheduling.

See a selection of LilPetite design samples in person before placing a made-to-order or custom order.

This appointment allows you to experience the size, proportions, and details of our designs firsthand. Most samples are unset display pieces and are not available for purchase. They are intended to help you visualize the finished piece before it is made.

Please email us before booking with links to the designs you'd like to see. This allows us to confirm whether samples are available. If a sample is not currently available, we may be able to prepare one for your appointment.

Heirloom Diamond Design Consultation ($25 Fully Refundable Deposit)

Please email us before booking with a photo of your diamond and a copy of the diamond grading report or documentation to confirm that your stone is eligible for this service.

This appointment is for clients interested in incorporating their heirloom diamond into a custom LilPetite design.

We accept only a limited number of heirloom diamond projects each year. Before beginning the design process, we inspect each diamond to determine whether it is suitable for one of our custom designs.

Please bring:

Your heirloom diamond (loose or set in jewelry)
The original diamond grading report or other documentation (required)
Please note:

We work with heirloom diamonds 3 mm and larger.
We do not accept newly purchased customer-supplied diamonds.
We accept heirloom diamonds only.
This appointment is not an appraisal, valuation, or diamond authentication service.
If your diamond is suitable, we'll discuss your design ideas, the custom design process, and the next steps for your project.

Custom Project Review (Custom Project Deposit Paid)

This appointment is reserved for clients with an active custom jewelry project and a paid design deposit.

If you'd like to meet in person to review your project's progress before production, you can book your appointment here. Depending on the stage of your project, we may review your design, CAD model, selected gemstone(s), and discuss any final details before your piece moves into production.

Design renderings and project updates are typically shared by email, so an in-person meeting is optional for those who prefer to review everything together.
